ROLE As a Tech Lead , you are a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the design and delivery of impactful systems and features. You will own the technical direction of medium-to-large initiatives, drive alignment through well-structured design documentation, and mentor engineers to raise the overall engineering bar. This role requires balancing hands-on development with system-level thinking, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across the platform. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an in-office position located in Trivandrum, requiring attendance 4+ days per week.
