Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development, scale-up, and commercialization of innovative polymer and resin systems for semiconductor equipment using additive manufacturing.
- Design, formulate, and experimentally develop novel organic and polymeric materials (e.g., UV-curable resins) for additive manufacturing (AM) technologies such as DLP, SLA, SLS, and MJP.

- Demonstrate strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities by defining problems, establishing objectives, assessing risks, developing technical approaches, analyzing results, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with legal teams to generate and oversee the AM intellectual property (IP) portfolio.
- Act as the primary advocate and technical leader for AM adoption across the WETS organization.
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop AM "recipes" that transition parts from design through production.
- Develop, release, and maintain AM process and material specifications to ensure product quality, build qualification, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide high-level technical training and mentorship to product engineers and junior scientists in polymer chemistry and additive manufacturing technologies.

Requirements
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of AM ceramic slurry formulation and ceramic printing technologies.
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys.
