Employment type: Full-time Location: Amsterdam Level: Entry-level / Junior Reviewing and assessing KYC files You verify the identity of ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and review submitted documentation You validate company information (such as KvK) and ensure everything complies with regulations You spot inconsistencies and collaborate with the right teams on more complex cases Ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding process You make sure every file meets regulatory requirements as well as Flatpay's internal guidelines and those of partners such as Rapyd and Shift4 You don't miss a detail: you proactively follow up on missing or incorrect documents with colleagues or clients You monitor systems closely and investigate discrepancies between internal tools and external data sources Thinking along and improving You work closely with Sales and help them understand compliance requirements You contribute ideas on how to make processes smarter and more efficient You help build and shape the KYC team in the Netherlands This role is perfect for you if: You have initial experience in KYC, compliance, or rigorous admin experience in FinTech or banking is a strong plus You are highly organized and detail-oriented : nothing escapes you, not even a poorly formatted expiration date or an incorrectly filled field You have strong analytical skills and can make quick, well-founded decisions based on precise procedures, even under pressure You communicate clearly and effectively , able to explain complex blocking points to non-technical stakeholders (Sales teams) You have a good level of English and Dutch is a plus Massive opportunity: Join at launch stage and shape our success in the Dutch market.
