Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and account management teams

  • Generate and manage reports that help the team and our clients make data-driven decisions.
  • Contract & Documentation Management
  • Create, track, and maintain contracts and key sales documents
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation
  • Process Optimisation
  • Support and refine internal workflows across CRM, renewals, and onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
  • Knowledge Sharing
  • Maintain best practice guides, templates, and key materials
  • Ensure consistency in internal communication and execution
  • Team Contribution
  • Act as a reliable, collaborative team player

  • About You
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Benefits

£20,000 - £22,000 Annually. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency.
