Responsibilities

• Generate innovative solutions to complex problems using strong technical principles.
• Provide strategic leadership via collaborating with cross-functional teams and project managers, RA/QA to drive project planning and execution excellence.
• Take total ownership of team's deliverables and ensure timely delivery with high quality. Drive functional excellence initiatives in the team.
• Champion continuous improvement activities by initiating process and product quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Architecture to shape technical roadmap and platform strategy .
• Own people leadership for a multi‑team organization, including hiring, performance management, and leadership development.
• Shape and influence what we build and how we build it
• Adopt an AI first approach to increase efficiency
• Represent R&D in senior stakeholder and governance forums , escalating risks with clarity and context.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in a relevant field with 15+ years of related experience or a master's degree.
• Experience building teams with a focus on high-quality product engineering.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert in fields of Software engineering and Artificial Intelligence
• Proven track record in leading analysis of product issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and maintain high energy and drive team engagement.
