Hybrid schedule 3 days in the office Position Overview We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on HR support to Corporate Functions, partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruiting , onboarding, employee support, HR operations, reporting, and talent programs. Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding , and day-to-day employee support.
- Partner with managers on job descriptions, offers, organizational changes, and people-related processes.
- Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, audits, an d workforce metrics t hat help inform business decisions.
- Provide guidance and support across performance management, employee relations, HR programs, and policy interpretation.
- Coordinate key HR initiatives and programs, including training, engagement activities , and special projects.
- Lead our Early Talent Leadership Development and Intern ship Programs.
- Help ensure a positive employee experience by delivering responsive, high-quality support with professionalism and discretion.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field .
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or broad HR support role.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance day-to-day work
- Strong organizational and project management skills .
- Data-driven and analytical mindset .
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.
