Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years in brand strategy, product or digital marketing with experience in managing multiple channels on agency or client-side
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
- At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- At least 2+years of experience in marketing Financial Services
- Is a collaborative team player, able to effectively communicate with their team & partners as well as leadership & stakeholders with a tailored approach for all
- Has an 'ownership mindset' - a belief system that a person has accountability for the quality and outcome of their work

- New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Associate, Marketing
- Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Marketing
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
