Additional Information
Maintain and update workers' personal and employment records. Assist with Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation. Monitor permit, passport, medical, safety course, and certificate expiry dates. Check workers' attendance, overtime, leave, and timesheets. Assist with payroll preparation, allowances, deductions, and salary enquiries. Coordinate workers' medical appointments, onboarding, transfers, and repatriation. Attend to workers' enquiries, complaints, and welfare matters. Prepare employment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of workers. Liaise with site supervisors, agencies, dormitories, clinics, and government authorities. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
