Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to new onboarding employees
- Supporting FIS SharePoint lists and Power BI dashboards (design, creation, updates, and maintenance)
- Raising Shopping Carts, PR/PO tracking, and GRN(requiring basic Ariba and SAP skills)

Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
- Basic experience with SAP and Ariba procurement processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with mobile device management
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through in task execution.
