Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to optimize store profitability. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with company guidelines. Foster a customer-centric culture within the store, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times. Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Implement loss prevention measures and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and the central warehouse for timely replenishment. Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
