Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Development Manager (Printing, Packaging, Publishing)to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close new business opportunities. Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and execute follow-up strategies to maximize account growth. Account Management & Customer Engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Serve as the primary liaison for customer enquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and fulfilment of client requirements. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Gather customer feedback and market insights to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience. Market Development & Strategic Planning Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that align with business objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery. Communicate customer expectations effectively to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence. Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing market intelligence and customer feedback with the wider business.
