Requirements

• P rogram Length: 18 weeks
• Location : On-Site, Indianapolis, Indiana
• Program Criteria:
• 180 days or fewer remaining on active duty at the time of program start
• Approval from Chain of Command
• Pay Grade E4 and above
• Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership and a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Associate Roofing Sales Representatives to join our Indy Sales team. In this DOW-SkillBridge Program for enlisted military personnel only, you will learn about the roofing industry, assist in generating sales, and provide top-level customer service. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the roofing industry. You'll learn our business model, company culture, and core values while building on your existing skills through structured, on-the-job training to support a smooth transition into a civilian career. Along the way you will job shadow and learn from our roofing, repairs, masonry, gutters & siding divisions those things that will help make you successful in this role.
