About the role

Who We Are Looking For? As a Retail Store Manager, you will be accountable for the overall management of a store, ensuring day to day activities are effectively carried out to deliver the store KPIs. What Awaits You? Responsible for achieving optimum sales for the store, maximizing sales potential and minimizing the necessary expenses. Ensure the store has adhered to the Group's branding standards. Responsible in ensuring the required products/inventories are well maintained and managed in the store. Responsible in motivating and coaching team members, identifying learning opportunities and concocting team members' development plans. Responsible in handling customers' feedback. Responsible in compiling the daily and weekly sales reports as and when required. Ensure and maintain a safe working environment. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
