Supporting Clients : Assist individuals and families in meeting some of life's biggest challenges, empowering them to improve their lives. Maintaining Records : Keep accurate and detailed records using both manual and electronic systems. Balancing Safety and Choice : Balance the right to be safe with the right of the individual to make informed choices and to have their wellbeing promoted at all times.
