Planning, Concept, Design & Build: Describe business need (Collect Business Requirements, Specifies Business Requirements and defines Concepts) incl. University technical /industrial engineering or IT degree or others; More than 3 years of work experience in agile environment / product management / IT project management; Affinity for IT project management tools, e.g. Atlassian Jira & Confluence; Affinity to combine process knowledge with innovative technology; Collaboration & communication skills; Experience in pitching / presenting in front of executives (sponsors, Management, other project teams, ..); Experience in coordination / leading people & business (leading without target responsibility).
