Meaningful Work From Day One The Finance Analyst acts as the primary business partner to Commercial and Marketing functions and works very closely with the Regional RGM Team. Responsible for driving and analyzing RGM/commercial initiatives to support profitable business growth and strategic resource allocation. Internally this role will be called a Finance Analyst. What You Can Expect As a finance business partner, you will Develop insights based on the 5 levers of the RGM: Price positioning, Promotional effectiveness, Trade terms, Price pack architecture, Channel and customer mix Provide financial base for operative decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis on product and customer level Actively participate in further improving price and conditions system and in the regular negotiation process to drive appropriate pricing Support Finance Manager in driving forward the pricing and promotions strategy in the market Provide timely review of promotional performance for all the key brands and report back on findings to the Commercial and Marketing to gain insight and consensus on strategies Assist in determining pricing and promotional plans for new product development and monitoring post launch Support preparation of presentations relating to actuals, budget, and forecasts Represent Finance function in special, cross-functional projects Support Finance Manager in daily basis Finance activities What You Bring to the Table Strong commercial and analytical skills We are open to different types of profiles in Finance and non finance profiles Experience in the alcoholic beverage and/or FMCG industry is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English. SAP knowledge and advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. What Makes You Unique Ability to influence, lead and build relationships cross-functionally (Commercial, Marketing and RGM). Imparting finance know-how and mindset to the Commercial and Marketing functions to ensure that they are aligned to the company's financial goals.
