Within M&A Transaction Services, we are looking for Senior Consultants with 2-4 years of experience from financial due diligence, or from similar work within M&A. You will work in a dedicated team serving our private equity and large corporate clients in assessing acquisition and divestment opportunities, analyzing business plans and assessing historical financial track record and accounting aspects of the deal. Our projects are often involving many service offerings from Deloitte and other advisors in a dynamic environment. We work with great clients and put high emphasis on passion for excellence and teamwork-skills. You will receive vast training opportunities and work with senior experienced colleagues and will be given the opportunity to specialize in your desired sector over time. You will help evaluate investment decisions and manage identified risks of the transaction as well as assessment of valuation drivers of the business. A graduate degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent with good academic results Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience from financial due diligence or similar work in an M&A context An interest in financial analysis and a strong commercial drive, as well as a good understanding of basic accounting from a conceptual point of view A strong willingness to develop your career, serve our clients and help us succeed as a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills A flexible attitude and can handle stress in a positive way as we sometimes work with short deadlines
