HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Up to 4.8k+) #HFT

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. This role will primarily support payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and shared services functions within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll using Info-Tech HRMS .
• Administer compensation and benefits activities.
• Provide HR shared services support and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR administration and other assigned HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in payroll processing using Info-Tech HRMS .
• Experience in compensation & benefits and HR shared services.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
