- Management Support duties:
- Provides management of daily routine tasks for the Office of the Dean; maintains the Dean's calendars and assists with classroom scheduling and college conference room scheduling; provides logistical and administrative support for events, meetings, and specialized activities.

- Coordinates the maintenance of files, records, references, resource materials, and workroom organization as well as conducts annual inventory and completes necessary documentation for missing/lost and surplus equipment.
- Works with college-designated IT Specialist to ensure faculty and staff and classroom equipment throughout college functions properly.
- Orders equipment and materials as well as monitors purchasing of supplies in accordance with university policy as well as order and distributes division and program office supplies for the Office of the Dean
