About the role

THE JOB We are seeking a highly motivated, corporate Sales Executive professional to hunt for and close new business, as well as retain and grow key clients. This is an exciting time to join our organization due to a new longterm growth strategy within the North American region. You will be expected to perform the following: -Involved in expanding global programs, construct a Pipe Line with Multinational companies in Mexico and with presence in 2 or more countries. - Must build a portfolio of business and maintain an active pipeline - Identifying expansion opportunities for credit insurance to two or more countries - Identify existing program in other Coface entities and expand credit insurance for mexican entities that take in advance current structure with Coface and in cordination with PL´s in other countries - Close 1 program in mexico as program leader bring Credit Insurance policy for 2 or more countries - Follow Up in Top target list defined for 2025, identify, prospecting and specify meetings with companies flagged as Top Target - Receive, issue, and coordinate programs/policies to be issued in Mexico and, in coordination with Program Leaders from other parts of the world, the contract issuance process linked to global programs THE CANDIDATE You have strong relationship and communication skills in addition to a good team spirit. To be considered you must possess the following: Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum 3 years' proven experience selling B2B; financial, banking or insurance solutions a plus Proven track record in client acquisition, as well as retention Robust network in designated territory Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated, as well as work collaboratively in a team environment when needed. Establish and maintain communication links with other internal departments to identify all sales opportunities Organizational teamplayer committed to results Develop, maintain and lever strong relationships with intermediaries in order to increase the number of prospects Strong communication skill, both written and verbal Possess a high level of English (advanced) for external and internal negotiations Customer oriented : to identify and understand internal / external customers' needs and requirements to provide solutions (standard or individual ones). Location in Mexico City Hybrid work schedule
