Responsibilities

- Responsible for the hiring, onboarding and training of all departmental new hires .
- Responsible for the training of Hotel Directors of Finance on all responsibilities related to FSC Accounting Services .
- Maintains and updates training documentation as needed .
- Responsible for team member engagement and creating a positive work environment .
- Reports performance statistics and workflow metrics to executive management.
- Identifies opportunities and recommendations for improvement; Implements action plans .
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs .
- Required to attend all training sessions and meetings .
- Assists the Director in being accountable for labor and operating expense spend of the department in accordance with budgetary guidelines .
