Additional Information

Due to sustained growth and increased workload, particularly within our AMP8 framework agreement. We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Liaison Manager with civils or utilities background. As a Customer Liaison Manager ,your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
