- What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Power Distribution, primarily in Engineering and Tendering, within similar or closely related industry
- Proven team leadership and people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization
- Experience working within multinational organizations or complex, highly matrixed environment
- Collaborative mindset with an open, agile, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across diverse teams and geographies
