Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across store and logistics operations.
- Oversee manpower planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, transportation, and logistics activities.
- Manage risks related to stock loss, damage, and operational disruptions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure all warehouse and logistics activities comply with HSE standards.
- Enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, and promote a safety-first culture.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Reporting & Performance Management
- Monitor and report key metrics such as inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's Degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage
- Minimum 10-12 years in store, warehouse, and logistics management
- At least 5 years in a senior managerial role
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / industrial environment preferred
