Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or a related Social Science field
- Familiarity with online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, LimeSurvey) and mobile app environments
- Prior experience in quantitative and qualitative research, data collection, data management (e.g., Entity-Relationship), and psychometric analysis is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of basic psychometric principles (e.g., validity)
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
