Responsibilities

- Influence Roadmaps: Partner deeply with engineering and product leadership to ensure the ML and behaviors roadmap is well-defined, integrated, and aligned with top-level company goals.
Requirements
- Experience & Domain Knowledge: 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, leading complex, safety-critical AI software, robotics, or systems programs. Experience managing large model releases and model development lifecycles is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven Delivery: A strong track record of taking large, complex programs from initial concept and ambiguity to a successful launch.
- Clear Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to act as the primary point of contact for complex programs, with a track record of communicating progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

- $144,000 - $191,250 USD

Mission Summary: Motional is seeking to hire a Staff-level Autonomy TPM. This role requires strong, experienced leadership to drive complex initiatives across the company. We are seeking a high-impact individual to own and drive key cross-functional initiatives on the path to a driverless robotaxi.
