Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with ≥5 years' experience in product or segment marketing (preferably in semiconductors, power electronics, or related fields)
  • Experience or familiarity with at least one target segment: Defense/Avionics, Medical, or Telecommunications
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insight into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to articulate complex technical value propositions clearly
  • Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

  • The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $131,285 to $190,108. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
