- Provide one-on-one holistic advising to a cohort of first-gen STEM/Premed students, connecting their intellectual interests with their goals and sense of identity.

- Teach up to two sections of a 1-credit success seminar for First Fellows each semester.

- Requirements and Qualifications
- An MA/MS in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Science Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in academic administration in higher education and academic advising.
- Experience supporting first-generation College students and/or historically underserved students.
- Demonstrated familiarity with STEM curricula and/or Pre-medical track requirements.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience partnering with student services units across a decentralized campus.
- A growth and collaborative mindset with an eye for process improvement.
- Ability to navigate and problem-solve within a complex organizational structure with tact and diplomacy.

- Pay Range:
- The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
- $47,586.00 - $87,558.13
- Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
