As the Middle East Well Construction Sales Senior Advisor , you will be responsible for expanding On Demand Solution (ODS) Sales and customer base across MENAT. This is a customer facing role that includes direct sales, alternative business models, channels and other On Demand Solution revenue streams across the region. Person will act as primary link between external customers and internal processes and requirements. Partner with the best! As the Well Construction Sales Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for: Selling to or through On Demand Solutions (ODS) accounts, partners and distributors. May include channel sales support and channel development duties. Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. Handles important business unit clients Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. Department is involved in medium-large sales. Handles big or challenging markets or multi country To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 8 years in Well Construction or Drilling Services Experience in sales Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong understanding of MENAT Market Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Knowledge and experience managing the sales cycle Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
