About Homground Gym - Bishan & Clementi Hey, Jon here! I'm the owner of Homeground Gyms at Clementi & Bishan, and I'm looking for someone who can create fun lifestyle video content for my gyms. The primary role is to take charge of the content creation at Homeground Gym Bishan, which is still being built. Sample of videos can be seen on my Clementi branch's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/homeground.gympilates/ The secondary role is to support admin matters such as onboarding new members together with a gym manager during our presale period. This role is a short-term freelance role (3 months) with an opportunity to convert to full-time role after that to support the gym's everyday content creation & admin work. Roles & Responsibilities - Be the face of the club (together with me, our gym manager, and trainers) on our social media. I myself have content creation experience so I'll be working alongside you during the process. But I still expect you to be the main driving force of content creation. - Shoot behind-the-scenes, or tell stories of our members/trainers/instructors/receptionist/owner. - Video-document the rise of Homeground Bishan Bishan; create Insta/FB/Tiktok reels that serve as informational & entertaining content and/or ads. - Brainstorm & direct high-quality video content for Insta/FB/Tiktok. Direction of content: unique, anti-trend. - Incorporates his/her own style of editing - Proficient in whatever editing softwares that can produce good videos - Create high-quality video/image/banners for ads or social media content - Needs to have his/her own high-quality camera (e.g. iPhone or DJI pocket or DSLR camera) - I'll provide as much creativity freedom as possible to you - Have lots of fun experimenting content creation - I'll point you in the right direction along the way but I need you to take charge eventually Working Hours & Arrangements - 5 days a week; max. 44 hours - Exact days and working hours are discussable Remuneration & Benefits - Proposed remuneration: $2000-$2300/mo, depending on experience & portfolio.
