About the role
Please note this is a 6-month internship. Support Front Office business initiatives and projects (including sales, operational, risk and technical tasks). Support the development and preparation of Sales and Performance MI reporting and analytics. Support the team in cross-functional collaboration to enhance business process efficiency and frontline compliance with internal policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the Front Office on business specific workflows and activities. Specific responsibilities: Preparation and distribution of Management Information reports to the Front Office Follow up, consolidate and manage information flows and distribution Provide business support for Finders administration, including the management of onboarding and approval process, payments and MIS reporting Assist to follow up on account reviews and remediation tracking and reporting Support the team in the maintenance and monitoring of daily reporting engine including brokerage, FX, NNM and other adhoc reporting to Market Heads and RMs Perform market research and benchmarking analysis for business decision support. You will gain: Broad exposure to all facets of run-the-bank activities in Private Banking including sales management, internal policies and procedures, process optimisation and core banking platform/systems enhancements Good understanding of investment product and service offerings, client experience journey and business model/ strategic drivers Broad exposure and understanding of front office business activities and interface with key support functions, and front-to-back processes Good understanding of enterprise risk management in Private Banking
