Job Summary The Sr. Quality Specialist is responsible for managing quality-related projects and processes with limited supervision. Capability Architecture & Design Design role‑based capability frameworks across Sales and Operations, including: Core capabilities Proficiency levels Observable behaviors and outcomes Ensure frameworks support progression and knowledge transfer over time. 2. Assessment & Diagnostic Frameworks Design practical, credible assessment approaches that reflect real job performance Ensure assessment outputs inform development priorities, role readiness, and transitions 3. Learning & Enablement Architecture Design learning journeys and enablement models that support capability progression, not just content delivery Define the right balance of on‑the‑job learning, coaching, and formal training 4. Transition & Progression Design Design readiness and transition criteria for role changes, increased complexity, and leadership pathways. 5. Sales Excellence & Commercial Capability Apply capability design principles to Sales Excellence topics, including: Sales capability models aligned to growth vectors Enablement of value‑based and solution selling Sales manager coaching capability Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Required BSc degree in Engineering, Technical Education, HR Development, or related field Having Minimum 5-8 years experience in technical training or competency development. Experience in implementing competency frameworks and managing trainer networks. Experience in consulting, business transformation, strategy Competencies and Behavior required Performance management system operation Passion for workforce development and technical excellence. Analytical mindset with attention to detail in assessment and reporting. Ability to work across cultures and regions with adaptability. Familiarity with apprenticeship models and vocational education systems.
