This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration across Nike and Jordan teams, including GLAM, Sourcing & Costing, global manufacturing partners, and triad teams working across Nike offices and business units. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a creative and technically strong Sr. Developer to join the NA Local Creation, Jordan Apparel Team, bringing iconic Jordan silhouettes to life through bold storytelling, graphics, print, and color. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starting problem solver with strong project management skills and excellent communication, and able to collaborate across geographies to deliver premium product. This role emphasizes deep technical apparel development expertise-including construction, pattern work, and fit-while requiring the ability to apply tools effectively, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions under tight timelines with speed and precision. Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, Graphic Design, Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. 5+ years in Product Creation (Development, Merchandising, Operations, Production, or R&D) Strong technical expertise in apparel development, including construction, pattern making, cut & sew, and fit; ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time Proficiency in CLO, Optitex, and Adobe Illustrator, with applied use in patterning, prototyping, and fit iteration workflows Ability to translate design intent into 2D/3D solutions, balancing technical execution with graphics and engineered print feasibility Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; anticipates risks, solves problems proactively, and adapts quickly to change Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence partners and navigate complex situations Self-starter with strong ownership, organization, and decision-making skills; manages multiple projects and timelines effectively Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and international)
