Information Specialist Grad

Responsibilities

• You will report to the Mgr Business Continuity
• Gather, organize, and manage information from various sources such as databases, websites, reports, and internal systems
• Create detailed reports or summaries based on the information and research findings, ensuring that they are clear and useful for stakeholders
• Oversee and maintain information systems, including updating records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that systems are optimized for user needs
• Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping practices are followed, and archive documents or data when necessary
• You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months. You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Information Science, Data Management, Library Science, Business, IT, or a related field Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in MS Office Suite, Power BI Academic Record CV and Cover Letter
• A valid South African Identity Document
