Requirements

- Willingness to travel as needed

- The salary range for this position is $73,400.00 - $110,040.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

About this role: The Market Development Representative 1 is responsible for generating net new pipeline for Red Hat by discovering, qualifying ad passing net new opportunities to Sales in accordance with detailed instructions. The role involves adhering to Red Hat's standardized follow up process to proactively contact leads (marketing sourced & outbound), qualify opportunities in accordance with MEDDPICC and set up handoff calls with the relevant AE/SA.
