Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Physical work of the position requires walking, stooping, bending, pushing, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). Incumbent may be required to use a six-foot ladder, hydraulic extension platform or scaffolding. Incumbent may be required to use hand truck and dollies. Other workers will be available for assistance when required. The incumbent is subject to cuts, bruises and scrapes from hand and power tools and exposure to dust and paint fumes. Incumbent will be exposed to various chemicals such as floor strippers, glass cleaners, detergents, germicides, ammoniated carpet cleaners, rust eradicators, etc.
