THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for an HR SPEC (MILITARY), Position Description Number PDD2009000 and is part of the WY Deputy Chief of Staff Personnel, Wyoming Army National Guard. Area 1: All permanent and indefinite Wyoming National Guard (NG) WY ARNG employees assigned to the DCSPER. Area 2: All permanent and indefinite Wyoming National Guard (NG) T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the Wyoming National Guard. Area 4: All current Drill Status Airmen and M-day soldiers of the Wyoming National Guard. Area 6: Current military members of the US Army, Army Reserves or other states' Army National Guard units. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Army National Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position. MILITARY GRADE: Min: E-3/PFC Max: E-6/SSG DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work performed is in administrative positions that manage, supervise, administer, advise on, or deliver human resources management products or services. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position with experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess specialized experience to perform the duties of the position. The applicant's educational-degree study program or military or civilian academic courses may be substituted for some specialized experience. Must be able to demonstrate the specialized experience competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities and behaviors) that encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with the Department of War, National Guard Bureau, and U.S. Army. NOTE: Education and/or Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. Applicants must provide from MM/YYYY - MM/YYYY (e.g., 02/2015 - 03/2017 or Feb 2017 - Mar - 2017) dates and hours worked per week with description of your specialized experience on the resume. MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidates will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment prior to the effective date of placement. DRIVER'S LICENSE: Must possess a valid driver's license.
