Marketing Communications Manager An established organisation is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead integrated marketing and communications initiatives that enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support commercial growth. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. - Lead the planning and delivery of advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, events, partnerships, and experiential marketing activities across multiple channels. - Manage the annual marketing budget and campaign calendar, monitoring performance metrics and optimising return on marketing investments. - Identify emerging consumer trends, market opportunities, and innovative marketing approaches to enhance brand relevance and customer experience. - Collaborate with agencies, business partners, tenants, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and key events. - Drive customer traffic and commercial performance through engaging mall-wide promotions, events, and marketing initiatives that support tenant success. - Maximise revenue opportunities through the marketing and leasing of promotional spaces, advertising assets, and short-term retail concepts. - Foster strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to encourage collaboration and participation in marketing programmes while supporting broader business objectives. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or a related discipline. - At least 6-8 years of marketing communications experience, preferably within retail, commercial property, hospitality, or consumer-focused environments. - Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels. - Supervise and guide a team of Marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives, resulting in the highest ROI for campaigns and initiatives. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, evaluate campaign performance, and identify opportunities to drive customer engagement and revenue. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive, resourceful, and innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
