  • Who we're looking for:
  • Degree-level qualification in a technology-related discipline is preferred; however, equivalent practical experience will be considered
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, core services, networking, identity management (Azure AD, RBAC), and security tools such as Azure Security Centre and Monitor
  • Proven experience with infrastructure automation and provisioning tools, particularly Terraform, alongside familiarity with alternatives such as ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
  • Hands-on experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred), as well as associated tooling such as Helm or Kustomize
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Bash, Python, Ansible), with a focus on improving efficiency and managing repetitive tasks
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, vulnerability scanning, testing tools for infrastructure-as-code, and best practices in secure configuration and capacity planning
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, optimised solutions, alongside strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex environments
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams, demonstrate technical leadership or mentoring, and maintain clear documentation and governance standards
