Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for B2B customers, managing queries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and account support.
- Accurately process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication.

- Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred .
- Strong working knowledge of CRM (SAP preferred) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent English - both written and verbal communication is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach.
- Your Background:
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards
- Relevant experience min. 3 years
- Very good knowledge of English
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP
- Interpersonal and communication skills
