- Your skills and experience
- Our Senior Consultant role requires 4+ years experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in Commodity & Energy Trading initiatives. We are seeking individuals with strong client delivery and relationship-building skills, coupled with deep advisory expertise in the following areas:
- Experience in crude oil, refined products, natural gas liquids (NGLs), petrochemicals, and freight trading markets
- Comprehensive understanding of the energy and petrochemicals value chains
- Capability assessments and target operating model development for trading organizations
- Experience in leading business and IT transformation programs, including change management
- Experience in advisory support for market entry and trading readiness initiatives
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience in strategy, design, and implementation of advanced analytics platforms for trading organizations
- Experience in client-side advisory for modernizing trading systems, with a focus on market leading vendor solutions such as OpenLink, RightAngle, along with others
