Senior Manager/Manager, Agency Communications

About the role

Lead the Agency Communications Team, focusing on transforming complex corporate initiatives into engaging, digestible internal communications. Spearhead the development of social media activation programs, equipping agents with frameworks, content, and training to boost their digital presence. This role is central to modernizing internal communications, maximizing agent engagement, and scaling organic marketing reach. The Job Develop and execute strategic communication roadmaps for product launches, incentives, and campaigns, translating them into compelling internal communications for the agency force. Design and implement frameworks, content kits, and training sessions to activate agents' social media presence, fostering brand amplification and recruitment pipeline growth. Oversee the operational continuity of design and execution, coordinating closely with contractors and junior staff to ensure high-quality output and scalability. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, continually refining communication strategies for optimal impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Sales Promotion, MDRT/HNW, and Recruitment-to align messaging and support premium events and initiatives. The Person Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in communications, marketing, or related fields, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. At least 8 years of Insurance experiences. Strong strategic thinking and creative skills, with a track record of successful campaign development and execution. Familiarity with social media activation, digital content creation, and training program design. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of mentoring junior staff and contractors. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken). Creative, proactive, and able to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments Able to work independently to deliver results Good project management skills Strong analytical and time management skills Strong attention to details We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
