HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Security program and database management experience critical to the oversight and execution of DoD programs. 2. Demonstrated experience in effectively applying the regulatory guidance outlined in ICD 705 and DoDM 5105.21 with supervisory oversight. 3. Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate and drive innovative, cost-effective solutions to address difficult, sensitive or complex issues.
