Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end partnership roadmap aligned to retail banking objectives
- Manage and grow partnerships across Health & Wellness and Lifestyle verticals
- Handle pre and post-onboarding management and governance of partnership agreements (co-branding, affiliate, referral, product bundling)
- Act as relationship manager for allocated partnerships
- Work across product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance and risk to deliver commercial outcomes

- Solid understanding of retail banking products (deposits, cards, investments, wealth)
- Knowledge of financial services trends such as embedded finance, digital wallets, super apps and fintech collaboration
- Experience working with fintechs, tech platforms, lifestyle brands, wealth managers and travel/health/education providers
- Good grasp of P&L drivers and ROI analysis
- Familiarity with compliance, conduct risk and regulatory considerations in banking partnerships (MAS, outsourcing guidelines)
- Confidence operating in a matrixed organisation across functions and geographies

This is an existing role reporting into the SVP of Strategic Partnerships.
