You will work directly with senior corporate partners; Chambers USA-ranked practitioners who were trained at Cravath, Schulte Roth, and the top M&A desks in the country. Expect real responsibility from day one. Requirements

- PEDIGREE
- You trained at an AmLaw 30 firm, ideally in a top-tier M&A or corporate practice. Your law school prepared you for the most complex work in the market. 4-8 years of post-law school experience in corporate transactions, with meaningful exposure to joint ventures and a variety of deal structures.
