Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot paint booths, hoppers, and spray guns. Color Changes: Perform efficient changeovers of powder types and colors. Responsible for the powder thickness and color requested by the customer. Responsible for the pre-treatment and parameters on induction coils. Operates conveyors for profile transport Quality: Bath controls: ph tab, titration products Powder thickness checks: Elcometer Temperature Control: Infrared Camera PPE: glasses, overalls, mask, safety shoes, earplugs, cap Blow guns ATEX vacuum cleaner to clean the floor, powder bin etc Cleaning machine to clean the floor Plastic bag + shovel or dust collector to collect powder. Spare parts for preventive maintenance Experience: Previous experience in industrial painting or powder coating is often required. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Technical Skills: Familiarity with spray equipment, safety protocols, and ability to read blueprints.
