Responsibilities
- Digital strategy and product leadership
- Develop and maintain the organisation's digital, AI, and automation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, service delivery, knowledge management, and client offerings through technology.
- Evaluate and prioritise digital initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic value.
- Support the development of new technology-enabled products and services.
- Product ownership and delivery
- Act as the internal owner of the organisation's digital products and technology initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications and development priorities.
- Manage product development from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide future enhancements.
- AI, automation, and knowledge systems
- Identify, design, and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions that improve efficiency, knowledge management, and service delivery across the organisation.
- Design and maintain AI-assisted workflows, internal knowledge systems, and operational tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive experimentation with new solutions.
- Technical leadership and development
- Serve as the technical lead for digital products and systems.
- Review and challenge technical designs, architectural decisions, and technology choices proposed by developers and vendors.
- Design, develop, and maintain selected internal applications, integrations, automation workflows, and AI-enabled tools.
