Licensed ALF Administrator

Requirements

• Licensed Administrator in the state of Maine
• Demonstrated ability to manage and operate a residential care facility
• Proven ability to grow census/admissions and build relationships within the healthcare community
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of regulations governing level IV residential care facilities
• Effectively able to meet all on site and other requirements under section 10 of the state regulations

The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the small Assisted Living Facility with a primary focus on marketing/admissions, community engagement, managing budgets, staffing, and ensuring the highest quality care.
