Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the full spectrum of Administration Management of the Company under Asia Region which includes but not limited to strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting, timely preparation and cost control. 2. Monitor manpower requirements within the Region and ensure minimal disruption of daily operations. 3. Liaise with departments within the Company and provide administration support. 4. Ensuring all documents are versioning up to date within filing system. 5. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions. 6. To provide regular evaluations, findings, and project results to the Tokyo Head Office in Japan. 7. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
