$41,000 - $46,000.Department:Multicultural CtrAbout this opportunity:Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.What you'll do and what you'll bring:Position Function: Represent the Multicultural Center at various events; coordinate campus-wide educational and awareness programs; supervise mentor program, especially in the absence of the Director.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee mentorship programs designed to support first-year student transition.Plan and coordinate departmental programs and events.Develop and coordinate all office publications and publicity.Supervise graduate assistants.Collect and compile data on activities of the office for the development of reports.Serve as a resource and referral agent for students with personal or academic concerns.Coordinate and collaborate with other campus and academic departments in providing programs in alignment with the university's Strategic Plan.Represent the Center at Preview Days, Summer Orientation, and other Admission's functions as assigned.Support the Director in developing retention strategies for students.Develop and implement award and recognition activities.Provide guidance, counsel, and advisement to students and student organizations.Perform other related duties as assigned.Let's fly together toward a secure and prosperous tomorrow.Curious about our excellent benefits package?We have developed a calculator that shows you the value of our core benefits.
